Acclaimed actress and musician Efrat Ben Tzur performs acoustically with Omer Gershman, following the release of her fifth album, “Ayla.” From it came the first and mesmerizing single, “Ayla, I Will Send You,” which she composed to a chilling text by poet Amir Gelba.
In the new album, Ben Tzur presents, in her unique voice, her original melodies to texts by poets Dalia Rabikovitz, Yael Gloverman, Wisława Szymborska, and poet Amir Galba, alongside instrumental pieces, which together are woven and woven into a picture that is perhaps a continuation of her last album, “Distant City.”
The album “Ayla” was musically produced by Omer Harshman together with Ben Tzur, except for the song “Ayla I Will Send You Away,” which was produced by Gilbert Broyd (The White Star).
In the show, Ben Tzur will perform songs from her new album and selected songs from previous albums.
