Hagai Bilitsky brings his quartet to Nocturno to perform the music recorded about a year ago for an album to be released later this summer. In this quartet, Hagai is joined by his longtime friend, saxophonist Amit Friedman, along with Asa Cook on trumpet and Oria Madar on drums. Together they bring the authentic sound of a jazz room at its best, intimate, spontaneous and close to life.

At the center of the show is an original suite with a nostalgic and retrospective character that encompasses insights from Bilitzky’s diverse musical worlds.

Without a piano or guitar, all the harmonic happening happens between the four musicians and the audience.
