Dana Ivgi, a versatile artist whose extensive activity moves on the axis between acting and music.
After years of intensive work in film and television, this year Dana appeared in two notable films, “Oxygen” and “Life Without a Cover,” for both of which she was nominated for the Best Actress award (opposite herself) at the upcoming Ophir Awards, in theater with “The Merchant of Venice” and on television in the series “Fireflies,” proving that she is a formidable singer as the unforgettable Donut, who swept the judges and the audience away and won first place on the show “The Masked Singer.”
Now, she is returning to music, an art that is just as natural to her as acting, with a new single called “Slower” ahead of a second album that will be released soon.
Ivgi’s music is a soundtrack to life. It touches on honest, human, and vulnerable places, and gives listeners a sense of home. In the performance, Dana allows a glimpse into her inner world, with personal lyrics and captivating melodies.
