Peretz Eliyahu, one of the most prominent and inspiring creators in the Israeli art music scene, comes to Nocturno with a new and original performance, “Rifles,” a work that is a kind of echo of the spirit of the times:
A turbulent external world, and in front of it an internal world that seeks healing, light, prayer and love.
The show is structured like an intimate musical meditation, he said, inviting the listener to move between longing and quiet sadness, between inner joy and hope and optimism. Each piece is like an emotional page – a ripple sent from the composing soul to the listener’s heart.
